Fundraising is a major management task in any nonprofit organization. Raising funds from the local community is more and more important for the Romanian nongovernmental organizations as their main funders, international organizations and foundations, withdraw their support, and managing European funds becomes more and more challenging.
The course’s objectives are:
The students will gain basic knowledge of fundraising;
The students will be able to implement fundraising methods they will learn about in the Romanian nonprofit environment;
The students will be able to build a development plan and write a proposal.
